RED is the trend!


as expected, i got myself a pair of red eyes this morning, due to wearing of contact lens the day before. stubborn huh?
no need to buy red contact lens ah! :P
my eyes would only return to normal after a few days of not wearing lens.
i think my eyes are sensitive to wearing of contact lens now lo, how sad. :(



one more thing, i sprained my ankle on wednesday, during 2.4km trial.
its like, i was running & my left foot did not land properly on the ground. T_T
but though, i managed to complete all 3 rounds in 15 minutes.

before you wanna say anything..
i know, it's very bery dery LOUSY.
thats a passing time for boys, you know!
forget it, i shall try harder on the real thing. :)
must give me a pull ah, so i can sprint with the strength you've given me! ;D



and today, during work i can feel that the pain's back.
so odd, because i did not feel a single thing for past few days.
don't tell me my body can only sense the pain after so long?! o_O
i think it's an old injury.. :(




was out the whole day yesterday, approximately from 8am to 9pm.

and now, i'm staring hard at the male reproductive organ, trying to remember the functions of the different parts: testis produces male sex hormones & sperms; scrotum is at lower temperature as sperms can only develop at a temperature lower than body temp; and don't marry a chef..! :D
